This month has been an incredibly busy one for us at the Kids Takeover HQ! Not only have we been producing all the activities and games that make our camps so memorable, but we are growing our family. That’s right! Your KTO kids will be welcoming a new range of qualified, experienced coaches that will be instrumental in getting the best out of the holidays.
We pride ourselves on creating a supportive environment for all our staff. The more confident our team is in our values, the better they will be at creating safe engaging environments for your children. Every day. Every camp. At every site.
Last month, we had two recruitment days that brought with them some amazing coaching talent. On the 26th and 28th of March, the team were able to whittle down the group to 12 people, who joined us for a training session on the 7th of April. Our training sessions gave all our new starters the chance to learn the ropes from some of our most experienced coaches.

The recruitment event was one of the most successful we’ve ever had and of course, we’d like to thank everyone that took part. Our new starters will be joining us as both employees and volunteers, giving us the opportunity to really mould some new talent this season.
