To celebrate National Play Day, Kids Takeover will be bringing some fun activities for children to Hull’s parks and playing fields, this coming August. This year, the event will be an absolute festival of play for children, a real opportunity to wipe away some of the challenges of the past year with a good run-around with new and old friends!

With the theme, Summer of Play, the Kids Takeover team will be handing out food and Disney-themed activity sheets from 11:00am to 15:00pm on:

• 4th August at Queens Gardens, Hull
• 25th August at Pearson Park, Hull

We encourage all parents and carers to attend the event with their children. There will be special guests on the day, and we will be giving a little taster of all the benefits to a healthy summer of play this year from our stall.

Play in our local communities is essential for children to grow up happy and healthy, so join us this August to celebrate a very British summer! (Just bring an umbrella!)
