The First Step team will be welcoming Jonathan ‘jono’ Day to the team this month. He’ll be joining the First Step Training team, looking to build his skills as an instructor and a tutor with adults.

Jonathan will be transitioning from First Step PE to First Step Training, performing a role split between coaching children and training adults. This will give him the best opportunity to see his experiences working with children and adults, in real-time.

Jonathan has gained a huge amount of experience working with and outside of First Steps PE as a coach. Over his time coaching children, he has built a wealth of experience in understanding the best practice methods for coaching successfully. He’ll be putting his hand to teaching future coaches, developing their passion in the direction of impactful coaching.

We’re looking forward to supporting Jonathan through his transition to joining the team full-time!
