Ball games are some of the best types of exercise for teaching those little muscles and legs to hone their coordination skills. Ballers Academy was designed to get your mini ballers, to improve their agility, balance, and social skills, all whilst building a passion for kicking the ball around!
We will be running 30 – minute Mini Ballers sessions for 2–4 year-olds at Dunswell Sports Hall and Hull Collegiate, every weekend. Fully interactive, we’ve planned a range of short span activities to get them running, jumping, and learning!
For the sessions make sure you have:
- Plenty of water available for your mini ballers
- Your mini ballers in comfortable shoes for activity
- The capacity to partner with your child if necessary, during sessions
